WHere is the place for Achavas Yisroel and achdus am yisroel

While the political state of Israel, may not be a “Jewish” state as we would like it, our job maybe to be to bring Yiddishkeit to medinat Yisroel so that AM Yisroel can live in Eretz Yisroel proudly. Let us not bash other groups but relate to them as our brothers and try to bring them closer to what the Rebbe would want us to do.

Iwas born to survivors in 1947 as were all of my friends in Crown Heights. We never felt that there was something wrong with us that caused the world to hate us and try to exterminate us. Eisov Soineh Lyaakov and Sinai ki shom yordoh sinoh lolam was an accepted fact and we in fact as chassidim to our Rebbe were fantasic. True, Israel and the 6 day war were things that gave us pride but our basic view of ourselves was a very prideful positive one. Advocating Herzl’s plan to establish a Jewish government without Messiach is in violation with 2 of the 13 principles of the Jewish religion 1) . Hashem punishes, 2).
