    I hope..

I just hope the chabad india site money goes to the 2 holtzberg children. I sent them money and got many bussiness asociates to give them money, thinking its going primarily for the children. I hope that is the case.

Too many funds without accountability, oversight, authorization. But this is raw.

After the shiva, Chabad (Krinsky or Kotlarsky), and the grandparents should have a press conference or at least issue a signed document outlining the way people can direct their helpful efforts. (And presumably Katz of Migdal Or should then issue a retraction of all that he embellsihed).

But a word to the wise for now –

Write down what you intend to do as a irrevocable hachlata and wait a week or two until you actually donate it.
