The new fund was set up, says Young, to provide for the care and upbringing of Moishe. The other web sites set up after the terror attack, he explains, are to help rebuild the Chabad Center in Mumbai, which is also important to the family.
Funds raised through the family’s site, however, will go 100 percent to Moshe for his future. “This is the best way to perpetuate the legacy of Gavi and Rivky – by taking care of their child, their legacy.”
Moshe will be living in Israel in the care of his maternal grandparents, Rabbi Shimon and Yehudis Rosenberg.
Web sites were set up as well to help the families of the other victims in the Chabad House, Rabbi Leibush Teitelbaum and Rabbi Benzion Kruman.
