Construction on Greenville, South Carolina’s first functioning Mikvah in more than forty years began this week.
The foundation for the Leanne Goodfriend Community Mikvah – Mikvah Mei Leah was poured on Tuesday.
“This is a historic and momenentous day in the story of our growing community,” said Rabbi Adam Goodfriend, Director of Chabad of Upstate, who is overseeing the project.
