The first Shiur in a series on Taharas Hamishpacha for the Hebrew-speaking crowd in Crown Heights took place this week, given by author and lecturer Rabbi Avrohom Rainitz.
This is in addition to a series of English Shiurim, which have been taking place in Empire Shteible.
Both series have been organized by the recently founded Machon ‘Taharas Habayis.’
In the wake of the recent founding of Machon ‘Taharas Habayis’ in Crown Heights, “we are literally witnessing a resurgence,” the organization’s directors said.
Leading up to the in-person shiur, one will notice the hustle of dozens of people making their way through the streets of Crown Heights towards Empire Shtiebel, while hundreds from around the world tune in to the exclusive virtual viewings.
“Between the recent English and Hebrew shiurim, it is heartwarming to know that over 1500 were strengthened their awareness and experienced growth in the field of Taharas Hamishpocha!” said Rabbi Mendel Yusewitz, who directs the Machon together with Rabbi Tuvia Kasimov.
Directors thanked Empire Shteibel for hosting the English shiurim and thanked the presenters, Rabbi Yosef Yeshaya Braun and Rabbi Tuvia Kasimov as well as Reb Levi Hilel for making the shiurim available virtually and recording.
They also thanked R’ Aharon and Shevi Biton for hosting the Hebrew Shiurim, and Rabbi Avrohom Rainitz and Rabbi Itzi Schwartz for pulling it all together.
“One cannot fathom the greatness and Zechus for joining in person and spreading the word – inviting others. Ashrei Chelkom,” said Rabbi Yusewitz.
