    Women saying Kaddish

In my shuk sometimes women come to Shul and when I announce mourners Kaddish they join along from behind the Mechitza and sometimes loudly with the men.

I always feel uncomfortable but not sure if I should ask them not to as it will embarrass them and perhaps drive them away and others as well. What is the Halacha and what should I do?

What about camp rabbi who sings in dining room with group of girls and their voices are joined together so he doesn’t hear an individual voice alone. This inspires campers enormously!i
