The Hadassah Torah.
A new sefer Torah was dedicated in memory of Hadassah Lebovic OBM, a beloved Chabad girl who suffered from a terrible illness and passed away this past summer at the age of 12.
Her levaya on Gimmel Tammuz, yartzeit of the Rebbe, was attended by a large crowd including her fellow students from the Beis Rivkah girls school, paying tribute to her upbeat and loving personality.
The dedication was a result of the generosity of community members and was attended by her parents Zalman and Ester Lebovic (nee Kirschenbaum), and siblings, friends and local residents.
The procession passed by Bais Rivkah School and her class and grade came out of the school to welcome the Torah, before continuing on to Aliya Shul, where hakafos were held, with the dancing continuing for many hours.
We have pain, we use it and do something beautiful!💗💔
I was actually there and I want to tell you it was amazing and beautiful thank you
