Growing Shul in Kingston, PA is Called Cheder Sheini

In Kingston, Pennsylvania, the Cheder Sheini Shul has blossomed into a vibrant center of Jewish life under the leadership of Rabbi Mendy and Mrs. Shaina Majesky. Inspirational farbrengens, chassidus shiurim, and kids programs have been at the forefront, growing the connection of children and their families to The Rebbe, and Chassidus.

Over the past two years, Cheder Sheini Shul has also offered valuable services such as family yom tov programs, daily minyanim, mommy and me, N’shei Chabad programming, and kids craft clubs, fostering a strong sense of community and spiritual growth.

To accommodate its burgeoning activities and programs, Cheder Sheini Shul is embarking on an ambitious project: purchasing and renovating a larger building of their own. This new facility will feature a simcha hall for celebrations, after-school programs for children, adult education classes, and space for family events. These additions are designed to enhance the shul’s ability to serve its thriving and expanding congregation.

Now, Cheder Sheini Shul is launching a major fundraising campaign to raise the necessary money for both the purchase and renovation of the new building. Community support will be crucial in turning this vision into a reality.
