Sara Chana Silverstein recently launched her book called MOODTOPIA: Tame your moods, de-stress and find balance using herbal remedies, aromatherapy and more.
Her book was a 5-year project where she interviewed the top researchers in the fields of stress and moods. She was the only Frum woman that launched her book at the famous GROVES Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles.
After receiving many accolades, she is now doing TV and radio shows across the US and is also excited to be speaking at Chabad houses nation-wide.
After working with over 25,000 clients for the past 25 years, the one thing that appeared to be a common thread amongst her clients were the stresses they experiencing on a daily basis. Most people were looking for a way to handle their stress, anxiety, fears and get a better grip on the emotional rollercoaster most people live on.
“Herbs have been used for thousands of years for both physical challenges and emotional ones. I wanted to show our community how to safely integrate botanicals into their lives to help people cope, thrive and stay emotionally healthy.”
She was recently contacted by Pix11 who did an amazing segment introducing people to the world of herbs.
