Here’s a story that was not widely publicized according to Rabbi Nissim Mangel. This story happened to him and was told to us, the Aine Yaacov shiur at Beit Binyomin Shul on Montgomery St. The shiur takes place every Yom Rishon from 8-10 PM. Rabbi Mangel said that during the period after The Rebbe’s (First or second) stroke he went for an interview at a radio station in Manhattan. The interview included topics on Torah and Eretz Yisroel.
