Rabbi Y Rapport was an incredible yid. When I was in mesivta, (over 10 years ago) I was in yeshiva with his son, and spent a shabbos at his house in NJ. I remember the incredible warmth and love Rabbi Y Rapoport gave off. Can’t describe it. He took us to the slaughter house, music/instrument store, and swimming! When I came home, I told my father about it. My father, who was in camp with Yisroel many years ago, told me hes the warmest and nicest yid ever. He was just a person that even if you had seen him ONCE or TWICE in your life time, just that sweet voice & smile was so holy.
I remember him.
He was a person who had a giant heart for every person that knew him (or not knew him)
His Hachnasas Orchim was so incredible.
His kindness.
And I can go on…….
He’s I my heart’s.
An old true friend of his.
