Fruit salad is a Pesach favorite, but cutting enough fruit for all your guests can be cumbersome. Using a clever little device from Progressive Kitchenware, Kettle & Cord demonstrates an easy fruit salad shortcut – and a fun activity for your kids!
Add some sweet grape juice to your fruit salad to keep it fresh and top with crushed nuts for that extra little crunch.
You will need:
3 apples
3 oranges
2 pears
1 grapefruit
1 mango
1 cantaloupe
1 pineapple
Sparkling grape juice
Directions:
• Peel skins from all of the fruit.
• Dice pears, apples, mango, pineapple and cantaloupe. Place into a large mixing bowl.
• Slice the oranges and grapefruit and add into the mix.
• Pour grape juice, fill to 1/3 of the bowl and mix all of the fruit together.
• Serve and enjoy!
