How can one check the balance AND recent transactions of their EBT food stamps to see if anything was taken?
Is there an App? Website?

Most CH residents that got scammed said that their ebt food stamps was swiped in a small store in Pennsylvania. Besides for changing the card pin now, what process can those affected do to get the NY state authorities and federal authorities to investigate that specific small store in Pennsylvania. The store that deliberately allowed a “customer” to wipe many CH residents EBT is,

Obviously that owner is “in” on it, as there is no way they provided that much merchandise in return

How does one possibly get reimbursed if they got scammed?
Is there a NYS link to fill out if someone was the victim of the EBT and food stamps fraud?

We need MORE HI-TECH CAMERAS
and QUICK EFFICIENT RESPONSE
but unfortunate the juridical system is completely broken
We have to find a way to be self seficiant
