A car crash in the Kol Tuv bungalow colony in Monticello, NY, provided an attraction to local Lubavitch vacationers and thankfully didn’t end with major injuries.
A couple, the driver being described as an elderly man, had their gray Honda SUV driven into an uninhabited home on Sunday.
“He hit drive instead of reverse and went into a bungalow,” said one of the residents who rushed to the scene to help. Neighbors managed to help one passenger out of the car.
The one-floor ground-level bungalow was unused this summer season, but has endured serious damage as the vehicle hit its exterior and moved forward into the living space.
Hatzalah volunteer medical service transported the husband and wife to the Catskill Regional Hospital with only minor injuries.
This particular bungalow house is broken and was not occupied already for number of years. Take for better… )))
Grateful to read of this miracle but let’s have miracles without the tsar!
Refuah shlema!
But thats pretty impressive,a lessson to all, when you intend to back up dont gun the pedal to the metal, take it slow-just in case…
a miracle that no one was in the bungalow and the elderly couple were not badly hurt.Looks like the fence slowed the car down a bit.
May Hashem guard us all from harm.
And thank you hatzollah for always being there when we need you.
Wow Boruch Hashem mamash a miracle.
Hatzalah volunteers are just amazing!
BH nothing serious happened
I’m glad that nobody was killed. Let’s spend the rest of summer & the whole year through with MOSHIACH NOW!!
I hope the driver’s insurance will cover the damage.
Or that he at least will have some other way, to pay for it, without it hurting him financially, too much.
One of the rules when it comes to collisions: NEVER TOUCH ANY OF THE PASSENGERS UNLESS YOU ARE WORKING FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES. So says the emergency services themselves
The bungalow was run down from before let’s see if they try some insurance scam to try to rebuild it
Bh the wife is back ..and her hub is supposed to be released anytime now …nothing short of a miracle … thnx to the quick thinking of Nachman h who got to the car first and shut off the engine .. the amazing out pour of volunteers who came out to help …should open the gates of heaven
