Practical options are needed

If someone is not feeling well, they do not belong in Shul.
Since they need to hear Megillah, is there anyone to contact in case they suddenly find themselves not feeling well, in order to have someone read Megillah outside their home, in a safe way for Megillah reader?
If proper options are given, a person who isn’t feeling well will know that he has a way to hear Megillah without taking a chance of chas v’sholom infecting an entire Shul.
Please post some practical options.
Let’s make it a safe and freilachen Purim for everyone.

Thank you
