Over 200 young girls were treated to a special concert on Motzei Shabbos by singer/songwriter Rivkah Krinsky.
Krinsky performed a series of songs accompanied by pianist Mirele Rosenberger and Dalia Shusterman on the drums, with sound by Ben Shimon.
“It was incredibly inspiring to be around so many young, enthusiastic Shluchos,” said Krinsky, “Their energy is contagious!”
The concert was part of a 3 day convention in Crown Heights for young women and post-Seminary age girls which took place coinciding with the International Shluchos Convention.
The girls had Shabbos meals together and learned with respected teachers such as Rabbi Zalman Kaplan of Montreal, Rabbi Shais Taub of Pittsburgh, Rabbi Eli Nosson Silberberg of Chicago, Mrs. Raizel Wolvovsky of Crown Heights and Rabbi Shmuly Rothman of Chicago.
