A fast-paced construction company in Brooklyn seeking a female to provide administrative support to our office team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Accounts payable data entry / misc. accounting support
- Assist in vendor payment processes
- Maintain Reports & Logs
- Obtain/maintain subcontractor and client documentation
- Handling subcontractor/client insurances & compliance
- Violations management and maintenance, tracking, communications
- Communications with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Perform follow ups with clients/subcontractors for payments as needed
- Scan, prepare and send documents
- Maintain office filing systems and general office paperwork
- Receives and distributes mail and packages.
- Monitors and orders office supplies.
- Assistance in miscellaneous Administrative tasks, as needed


Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong coordination skills
- Detail-oriented – quality and precision focused
- Must have good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
