We are looking for a full-time in-house recruiter that will attract applicants, find future clients, and submit candidates to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create job postings to attract quality candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions
• Creatively source candidates utilizing job boards, resume databanks, and Boolean searches to build and strengthen the overall candidate pipeline.
• Contact prospective applicants to determine if they meet minimum qualifications.
• Follow up with candidates to provide ongoing feedback regarding the hiring process.
• Perform necessary verifying references, work experience, applicable license/certification(s)
• Provide verbal and written offers for new hires
• Check for new prospective applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as part of the search process for specific positions.
• Schedule and attend job fairs and networking events
• Weekly reporting

Qualifications:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Experience hiring within the healthcare field a plus
• Experience with agency recruiting or internal recruiting a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail when working on tasks and projects
• Write job posting content
• Phone/online meeting platform skills
• Social media, mostly LinkedIn and Facebook
• knowledge of graphics a plus

Days and hours:
Monday-Thursday 10am-4:30pm and Friday 9am-1pm
