We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining accurate books on accounts payable including invoices, bills etc.

- Maintaining accurate books on accounts receivable including customer invoicing, deposits, and payments/collections

- Reconciling Quickbooks and bank statement
Payroll functions and time sheets

- Taking care of all insurance policies for the business

- Liaise with the accountant during tax season

The successful candidate will have:

- 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting

- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office

- High degree of organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal skills

- Highest level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Ability to work independently

We are looking to fill the role immediately. All work will be performed at the main office in Crown Heights. Hours are flexible, starting at 15 hours a week, with the possibility to increase depending on workload.
