Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Property Manager to join our team at our Park Slope office. This role involves managing an existing portfolio of properties across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New Jersey. While primarily in-office, the position requires site visits 2 to 3 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of property management, including compliance, lease renewals, and rent payments.
* Ensure properties are in good condition and compliant with rules and regulations.
* Handle maintenance requests and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
* Prepare and maintain rent reports and other financial documentation.
* Manage tenant relations and address any issues or concerns.
* Utilize the software for property management tasks.
Qualifications:
* 1 to 2 years of experience in property management.
* Proficiency with property management software
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
