Not too simplistic at all. תפסת מרובה לא תפסת. Expressing it is just a first step in getting out the anxiety from within so that proper steps can be taken accordingly, ie, the intensity, etc of the anxiety. Mrs. Gorkin is an exemplary mechaneches. She is compassionate and empathetic, which are core values in getting our children to where they need to be. Each child according to his/her own abilities.
Thank you. Short and sweet with a great tip to remember.

If you see the full text of this idea on Facebook, it is not simplistic. I tried it with a student who has severe anxiety and panic attacks and it was a very helpful technique. It doesn’t cure real anxiety but it helps deal with panicky situations.
Nice message. A point of grammar: “I’m nervous.” is a complete sentence because it contains both a subject and a predicate. It is not a complete thought, however.
Always wise words.
Keep them coming, we are really enjoying!
These are amazing videos, and I hope they continue. Lessons for everyone–no matter the amount of chinuch experience–to hear. Yasher koach!
