Cheder Levi Yitzchak in Melbourne released their first Kovetz Haoros which is rich with in-depth content and was received with great admiration in the Australian Jewish community.
The Menahel Rabbi Yaakov Lieder pointed out that it is a real credit to the Talmidim and the Rosh Yeshivah Rabbi Mendel Krasnjanski.
R’ Eliezer Kornhauser, founder and principal of the Cheder, said: “The Rebbe points to the many advantages contained in these publications. He explains that committing Torah thoughts and Torah ideas to write encourages greater studiousness and a more energetic dedication to one’s learning.”
The participants in the Chof Av launch of the Kovetz were impressed by the quality of the pilpulim presented by the Talmidim Yoni Tilson, Nosson Kornhauser and Avreml Feldman.
The evening concluded with a session on Halacha and Agaddah by Rabbi Krasnjanski

Rabbi Lieder should continue to use his special abilities to enhance the chinuch in Australia. It’s beautiful to see the chasidishe chayus he brings into the cheder.
