After three years of successful programming in Chabad schools worldwide, Tzivos Hashem constantly get requests from shluchim to use the Chayolei Tzivos Hashem program in camps and Hebrew schools. This year ten camps are eagerly piloting the new system.
So how does it work?
This simple to use system is as easy as 1…2…3….
1. Camps are able to print individual membership cards for each camper. These are labeled with personalized bar codes and the child’s picture, plus the camp logo. Kids always look forward to the day they can have their first credit card and bank account – that day is today!
2. Camps print out achievement cards, each can be labeled with the activity of their choice e.g. Sports, learning class etc. These can be given out during the camp day as prizes.
3. Each camp has their own online store which can be filled with the prizes of their choice. Some pilot camps have come up with creative and ‘inexpensive’ prizes, such as front seats on the bus or VIP seats at camp plays.
The kids simply scan their membership cards and their achievement cards at the camp kiosk (available to rent from Tzivos Hashem or through the online system) and watch their points grow until they are able to ‘purchase’ the prize of their choice. As the kids scan their achievement cards, a mazal tov box pops up to congratulate the camper on their accomplishment. Each camper has a personalized report that they can view on their kiosk which is automatically updated each time they scan a card.
This program is developed in partnership between Shimmy Weinbaum of Tzivos Hashem and Rabbi Shaya Smetana of Anash.com, who together with his team in Montreal, have programmed this revolutionary motivational system.
