Over 500 children and parents attended the Beth Rivkah Montreal 38th annual Chanukah Carnival on Motzoai Shabbos.
Children from across the city of Montreal and its suburbs had an amazing time at the various booths, inflatable games or watching an original puppet show. Many prizes were awarded or raffled throughout the evening.
Each child received a Dreidel, Chanukah gelt and cotton candy.
After lighting the giant Menorah and recital of the “12 pesukim”, everyone was treated to a spectacular “circus acts” show.
Special thanks to the High School G.O. heads, Mushky Gurary and Adi Partouche, for their tremendous help in organizing this beautiful event, together with the High School students.

I’m a student of BRM from the 70’s. I have fond memories of the beautiful carnivals and shabbatons from back then. Now my granddaughter is enjoying the same experience now, boruch Hashem.
The annual Chanukah carnival that goes on every year is spectacular. The pirsumei nisa that goes on is amazing. People from all kinds of backgrounds show up. I went there as a child then when I got too old i wasnt let down for I was able to attend as a High School student to run a booth. Thank you again for making chanuka so special. This was our chanuka highlight!
