Chaim Zorach (Bobby) Segall, brother of Aviva Segall Feldman, has passed away on 30 Cheshvan, Rosh Chodesh Kislev.
Bobby was known to many in the Crown Heights community, having spent many Shabbosim and Yom Tovim at various people’s tables.
Chaim Zorach lived in Upper Jay, NY, in the Adirondack mountains, where he worked as an artist and poet. With great mesiras nefesh he kept mitzvos and studied Torah. He made it a point to engage fellow Jews in the area to experience their Jewish heritage: gifting tefillin and inviting people to his table for Shabbos and Yom Tovim. He was a Baal Tzedaka, supporting Jewish institutions.
Levaya and Shiva information will be updated.

Baruch Dayan Hoemes!
Very saddened to hear this news. Bobby was an unusual individual. Lived very secluded in his Upper Jay home yet was so incredibly connected to his roots of yiddishkeit. He would frequent CH. Very intelligent and deep. Haven’t seen him in many years. May his neshama have an aliya and may he rest in peace.
waiting for levaya info.
