JOB WELL DONE!
Outside of U.S.
July 22, 2012 7:00 pm
To those who cannot view: this has nothing to do with COL. For whatever reason, the videos were originally uploaded in a way that they are blocked to anyone outside of the U.S.
It’s clear from the way they articulate their feelings and experiences, and from viewing their demeanor and appearance.
beautiful kiddush Hashem

to #17 – Nothing bad can come from publicizing a mitzvah.
to #2 and #24 – No need to worry. I watched the whole documentary and it’s made clear that the couple has real feelings for each other. Their entire story is portrayed in a beautiful, sensitive way. B”H
Thank you Michoel and Chava!

What a beautiful example of a chassidic couple! They are both clearly intelligent, mature and beautiful inside and out!
Poor narration
July 19, 2012 4:41 pm
Whoever edited and narrated the video made it seem very clinical almost like a commitment more than 2 people wanting to share their life and love together. The secular world knows we believe in marriages as commitments, what they don’t hear about is that there are real feelings involved as well. I dont see how this did anything to dispell that misconception. Another point is the narrator has no joy in her voice and it doesnt match with the energy of the video/simcha.

Haven’t you ever seen a Chassidishe wedding before? Why are you so desperate to watch it? Do you need to to hear a non-Jews point of view about our customs. If they approve will that give you chizuk. If they don’t approve, will that make you feel ashamed of your customs.

Sometimes there are ways around it though. Try this link. http://www.labnol.org/internet/youtube-blocked-video-not-available-in-your-country/2680/
