The annual Israeli festival took place in Los Angeles on Sunday with 35,000 Israelis and local Jewish community members participating.
Hundreds of men and women stopped by the Chabad Israel Center Booth to do a Mitzvah for Israel.
The booth offered Tefillin, Shabbos candles and an opportunity to get involved in events and programs.
The highlight for many was taking photos in front of a huge banner in support of IDF Soldiers, “Not all superheroes wear capes.”
Councilman Paul Koretz stopped by to say hello and put Tefillin as well as attorney Elan Carr, criminal gang prosecutor at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
The booth was organized by Rabbi Amitai and Fayge Yemini along with Rabbis Asher Yemini, Moshe Hildeshaim and and Sholom Yemini.
