I think they should most certainly be taken to the Ohel and then stored in the Rebbe’s library.

Yes in the past years the keys to new Chabad Centers were
sent to the Rebbe along with key”s to City”s and Proclamations
they are all found today in the Rebbe”s Library. This tradition should definatly continue to start at the Ohel and be brought to the Rebbes Library.
