I have heard about the lighting in liberty by reputation but never went. This year I didn’t have a chance to celebrate at any parties as work has been so busy, so I pushed myself and my family to go to the lighting. Wow!! This made up for all 8 nights and More!!! Thank you for such an awesome experience.
For next year, it’s worth it to drive up 2 hours from NY JUST for this event!! Trust me

Was beautiful

I had brought my family to the lighting thinking I’ll show my face and return home right away.
The event however was so nice we stayed till the end! And it was not a warm night. There must of been a few hundred ppl there. And I don’t know who these boys that came to dance were but they were so entertaining.
Great job all round.

From your neighbors upstate.

Every year, we travel upstate for Chanukah to enjoy the beautiful mountains, ski, snow tubing etc. For the last few years we were delighted to join Chanukah Menorah lighting in Liberty, and it’s become a highlight of our Chanukah. The great entertainment, hot latkes and donuts and most of all the high Chassidishe energy is incredibe. Thank you Rabbi Hurwitz and family for putting this event together; I wish you many many more years of hatzlocha and strength in your peulos, and we look forward to joining next year.
