400 people of all ages attended the 20th annual Chanukah Menorah lighting of Chabad of Akron/Canton, Ohio.
The ceremony was held at a shopping mall on the 8th night of the holiday.
Organized by Shluchim Rabbi Mendy Sasonkin and his wife Kaila, the two mayors of Akron and Canton, a Congressman and a judge attended the event.
The menorah was made out of 3,000 food cans which were later distributed to the Akron/Canton Food Bank. They called it the “Canmenorah.”
