Camp Chomeish, which runs for both months, is located in the picturesque mountains of Moodus, Connecticut (2.5 hours from CH). Its gorgeous sprawling 21 acres include boating, archery, and professional gaga pit, an Olympic-size heated pool with certified swimming instructions and nearby hiking trails.
Famous for its nutritious meals, Camp Chomeish has the ability to meet many special food and dietary concerns through our kitchen staff under the dedicated direction of Mrs. Chaya Stock.
This summer, Camp Chomeish is offering a fresh, new action-packed program featuring trips, full array of sports, performing arts, exciting options of electives and nature hikes led by professional instructors. Camp Chomeish is also project TEAM certified – A Torah approach to social-emotional awareness and Middos.
“Our goal is to instill in our girls a strong sense of hiskashrus to the Rebbe MH”M and appreciation of who they are, through weekly farbrengens, inspiring Cocoa Club, Rebbe Time, Tzivos Hashem, Bas Mitzvah Club and much more!” says Rabbi Stock, the camp director.
And it takes a team effort. “We greatly appreciate the hard work of our counselors and staff members! We are committed to providing them with the support and recognition they deserve. Exciting activities, programs, farbrengens and trips are being planned exclusively for our staff.”
It’s no wonder that registration and staff positions are filling up quickly.
