Cheesecake is the staple of Shavuos cuisine. This recipe combines the decadent flavors of heavy cream, melted white chocolate and chocolate liqueur to create a most sumptuous cheesecake without requiring any oven time.

You will need:
½ package chocolate oreos (250 g)
1/3 cup butter (80 g) (melted)
1¼ cup heavy cream (300 ml)
16 oz cream cheese (500 g)
½ cup castor sugar
5/8 cup white chocolate liqueur (150 ml)
3 tsp Agar-Agar
2 Schmerlings whole white chocolate bars (200 g) (melted)
1 cup chocolate shavings (280 g)
Directions:
Grease and line the bottom and sides of one round baking tin.
Finely crush cookies in a food processor and place into bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture evenly into the base of the pan and let set in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Pour heavy cream into a mixing bowl, whip and refrigerate. Dissolve the Agar-Agar in ¼ cup of water. Beat the cream cheese with chocolate liqueur and sugar until smooth. Add in Agar-Agar and continue beating until combined.
Melt white chocolate, cool and stir into cream cheese mixture. Removed whipped cream from the fridge and fold through the cream cheese until combined.
Evenly spoon into the crust. Place in the fridge for 6 hours to set.
Top with chocolate shavings and serve!
