While it is great that everything is going to be settled how is it that the ” Vaad Hakhal is taking credit for something they had nothing to do with.They have been too busy suing everyone in court.The real credit Goes to Rabbi Mendel Gluckowsky for his tireless efforts to bring this together & to both Rabbonim for wholeheartedly agreeing to this in writing.Within a few months We will have a unified& strong Bais din & we will be able to strengthen & unite all of Chabad etc.

all the issues you are mentioning are not part of the Rabbies dues. They are strictly kehila matters. In case of a dispute or doubt that has halochical implications, ‘both’ parties should go to neutral Rabbonim in case the Rabbonei Hashchune have any kind of interest in the issues at stake. You do not need a DT for that. Its very simple.
I can’t believe it – The Senior “Rabbis” of CH – have agreed to have other Rabbis argue over who is right and can control other people lives. – lovely – just lovely.. What childish behaviors. I don’t understand why you don’t understand how difficult it is to make Shalom. Perhaps if you were in their shoes you would’nt crticize. Be more optimistic.
They’ve already lost all their respect from the community, in that respect they will gain nothing.
Let’s hope that they will resolve their issues and start the long process of regaining their respect, because as of now they’ve made Rabonim look like a bunch of lunatics.
It’s interesting to see that the only thing they can agree on is on how they will battle.
