This little angel is Miel, the the beautiful baby of Adi Amos.
She is only a year and a half old and was born with a syndrome called ‘Progeria,’ which causes her body to age rapidly.
Like an elderly person, she has joint problems, muscle issues, growth difficulties, blood vessel complications, calcium absorption problems, and more…
She is ventilated through a tube in her throat and fed through a tube inserted into her nostril.
She is at increased risk for a heart attack or stroke, and the doctors say that in her current condition, she will live at most until the age of 12…
In Israel, there is no way to help her; the only solution is a new (and very expensive) treatment at a hospital in Chicago.
To save her, we need to raise 2.5 million shekels by the end of the week, so we’ve all stepped out of our comfort zones and are doing everything we can to help Adi save her baby’s life.
