Avrohom and I have been life long chaverim, actually more than chaverim, more like brothers. Our relationship goes back almost 35 years, we spoke to each other constantly and always consulted each other regarding all life issues. I personally know how excited he was to be making Aliyah. I was with him in Yerushalyim a litte over a year ago when he and Leah decided to make the move. I will miss him very much. I still cannot believe we will not see each other anymore, may he be a malitz yosher for me and my family, his family and… Read more »
To Yuda and the rest of the family,
when something so sad happens there aren’t any word only tears. Reb Avrohom was one of those people who represented what we call “a ba’al shem tov yid”, a true heart of gold, which he gave over to every one of his children. caring, compassionate, simple.
We know that very soon moshiach will come, and we will all go to Eretz Yisroel, a dream so long waited for.

to a great Chosid Ish yerah
dearest leah and family sheyichyu
i am so sorry for your lose. hashem should comfort you in your time of sorrow and bring you only good news and nachas from now on.
This man helped me move 3 of his bookshelves that he was giving for free to a newly wed couple — down a long narrow staircase. What a tzaddik to do a favor to a yid he never even met before!! May the entire family be comforted.
A good and streight person. Got up early to learn and Daven. Worked hard. Did good things in his own quiet way. Wonderful huaband and father. May he be a “gutter better” for his wife and his children to be blessed with sinchos and may Tov and Chessed persue them Tomid Kol Hayomim — all the time for ever and ever.
To the Silverstein Family. Sorry to hear of your loss.Hashem should give you the strength and stamina to overcome .May we merit the coming of Moshiach when we will be reunited with our loved ones. May he be a guter baiter for the family. May we share future simchas. Gitel Lurie,Montreal
