“Avraham and a Half,” 74, OBM

Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Tauber, a fundraiser instructed by the Rebbe to give brochos and known as Avraham Vachetzi (and a half) for his height, passed away on Yom Kippur at 74. Full Story

It’s true. He used to eat by us, in CH, during Tishrei, and his brochos (with the Rebbe’s kochos) came true.

He came to our home too in Montreal and blessed our entire family, and amazingly the brochos which he emitted to each child almost always fitted with the needs of that indivdual person whom he then bentched,while holding the special coin of bracha in their hands.May he a mailitz yoisher in shamayim and help bring Moshiach now.

He used to come to our home and Bentch us. Now I know why we haven’t seen him for such a long time. He was very special.

he used to come to our house when i was younger, hed give me the coin to hold and then put his hands on my head and bless me. he did the same with all my siblings.
