This will never work until our schools understand what a real teacher should be compensated
I.E. the new up and coming school in Heights paying 20k for a teacher is nuts
How about giving a ample wage to these teachers as well. teaching is a calling but dont forget they need proper and prompt payment to keep the spirit going.
its a sad commentary today that entertainers will get tremendous sums of money and those who we entrust our children to for chinuch are neglected financially. just a thought
