the wienstiens do amazing work and should continue to do so the amount of people they touch and inspire is unreal-kol hakovod.
Just a little too long
love the guy takeing the pic by the meal !!!!!!!
Wow – amazing! So nice to see the Weinsteins, Hoexters, Ilana Rothenberg, Ariel Avishai and everyone else! The amount of prep. work is astounding. You cannot do that without help. And real bowls & plates? Who washes all that! You are amazing and I wish you so much hatzlocha in the future. RS
The Weinsteins do amazing work…they open there homes to Jewish students and give them a warm and caring atmosphere. In general, students do NOT give back financially do to there own financial situation…which is understandable since many do not work and take loans to get through school. That is why they need YOUR donation!!!!!! Every little bit helps so please give now!
this is sooo beautiful!!!
How beautiful!

right in the beginning as the video begins it says that this was not filmed on shabbos
wow this is truly amazing. what work the rebbetzin does every shabbos, kol hakavod.
one question though – where on earth do they get the money to be able to provide for so many students on a weekly basis?
It’s actually a cute video. It should be stated there somewhere that this was NOT fimed on Shabbos.
Actually the filming was done on Thursday night (great way to bake all the food and Challahs and then can use some on Shabbos) and some on Sunday, too ! Great job, Pittsburghers !! This is amazing work that goes on all over the world, in hundreds of cities, each and every week !!
The kiddush was made on a sunday? so they made a whole fake thing for this? nice
Each campus Shliach does their own fundraising, however there is a central Chabad on Campus office that does amazing work for the campus shluchim such as the international shabbaton, campus kinnus… go to http://www.chabad.edu/donate.com
thank you, a campus shliach
http://www.chabad.edu
beautiful!!!
very nice to the pittsburg shluchim. but, is there a central website to donate to a fund that goes to all the campus shluchim?
this is so beautiful.
i wish i had this when i went to college. college kids are very macho, but aching inside with insecurity and homesickness.
you are doing a great job to give them the peace of shabbat once a week and make friends and give them home away from home.
knowing that this is happening across the country, at every chabad thanks to the Rebbe’s vision (and George Rohr’s generosity) moves my heart.
kol hakavod to all the shluchim of the campuses.
Beautiful video. This is the really the shabbos story of shluchim. So, to these shluchim who made this inspiring video, and to all who open their doors on Shabbos to others, kudos to you.
G-d bless the Shluchim.
Wouldn’t it be more helpful when running around food shopping and piling up towers of groceries at Costco to wear something besides leather boots?
Other than that, looks like fun.
kol hakavod:)
