The Crown Heights Zoom event will include a presentation by renowned author and Choizer of the Rebbe, Rabbi Simon Jacobson on the meaning of Gimmel Tamuz and its relevance to us today. It is being coordinated in conjunction with the Shul Association of Crown Heights.
This great achdus will be taking place in Chabad communities around the world as well, dozens of which are gathering online to mark the day of Gimmel Tammuz, the Rebbe’s yartzeit hilula, joining with their communities and then with the greater Chabad community around the globe.
The live event – a feat of hi-tech coordination by a team of experts – will join thousands around the world as we mark Gimmel Tammuz together.
Communities around the world will be gathering together online, and then all farbrengens will be uniting at a grand, global online event streamed live from the Rebbe’s Ohel, which organizers say will be the largest Zoom event ever.
The live stream is being coordinated from control centers both at the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens and in Israel, and produced by acclaimed event producer Ronen Peled.
The hour-long program will include special guests and the live reading of a ‘Pan’ letter at the Rebbe’s Ohel.
Chabad niggunim will be led by Chazzan Berel Zucker, who recently lost his wife Raizel OBM. He will be accompanied by an acapella choir of the Rabin brothers in addition to the renowned ‘Pansaim’ choir.
Join the monumental event on Wednesday at 2:30 PM ET, airing live on COLlive.com.
To join your local ZOOM room or to add your name to the letter to the Rebbe on behalf of participants of the event from throughout the world and other resources for the event visit BarcheinuAvinu.com. Communities wanting to participate in an organized manner can email: [email protected]
