The Duchman family will mark the 32nd yartzeit of their father and grandfather, Reb Yisroel Duchman OBM, on Sunday, Vov Iyar, at the main Shul of 770 Eastern Parkway.
The yartzeit will be marked on Sunday morning with a grand brunch from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, hosted by the family. All are invited to attend.
Reb Yisroel was known for his unique relationship with the Rebbe, and his great effort to always make the Rebbe happy. He had a special love and Ahavas Yisroel for every single Jew and was ready to help anyone in need.
He was a sincere Chossid who never missed a day of Davening in 770 with the Rebbe, which was highlighted by his privilege of Davening before the Omud on Simchas Torah.
This year marks Reb Yisroel’s 32nd Yartzeit – 32 equals the Hebrew word “Lev” – heart. This is what Reb Yisroel truly represented – Ahavas Yisroel – love for the Rebbe, love for his fellow Jew, and love to do another Jew a favor.
