Four minyanim are needed.

When I was a Bochur in 770, he was always after me to give Tanya Shiur in a Litvish Yeshiva which was a two hour drive from Crown Heights. With all excuses that I would give, he made sure that I went each week. When I became a Chosson and excused myself saying that I will not be able to continue giving the Shiur he smiled at me and said ” What’s the problem ? just take your Kallah along with you “. I remember one year on 23 Shevat (which Lichorah will be Reb Meir’s shloshim), R’ Meir was going around 770 collecting money for ‘Erev Yartzeit. ‘ Everyone was wondering wasn’t it Motzie Yartzeit (22 Shvat)? And he explained to us ignorant people: Erev Yartzeit of Rebbertzin Menucha Rochel on 24 Shevat.
May the family only have simchas.
I didn’t know him personally but always had tremendous respect for him, his sincerity was palpable.
