Thank you Debbie Maimon for an excellent article, and speaking the truth that we all know yet didnt quite see as clearly as now.

In hope and prayer

In hope that we will not come to the “sentencing date” with this “Judge” Reade (I can bearly bring myself to call her that- it is an embarressment to the USA) May HaShem bring Sholom Mordechai and his family and really all of klal Yisroel a great Yeshua. HaShem has His ways as He always has. She must be having terrible nightmares and is being shown how truly mistaken she has been. Remember what happened to Achashveirosh in his dream?

people say
Trust in HaShem
but make sure that you are doing your part as He gave you the kochos to do your part.
So
take this excellent article,
and make a networking campaign. Send this out to everyone you know and urge them to keep this going in order that the truth reach as many people as possible!!!

how long?
December 3, 2009 4:37 pm

Is there a time limit for the judge to pass a sentence? Is there a time limit on when the appeal can take place? It seems like both are being pushed off.
Is there a redress in the US against unfair, biased, incompetent, corrupt judges?

This article should make it onto general Jewish websites as well as mainstream news and opinion sites. It is mind boggling.

Thank you Debbie Maimon; and thank you again Yated Ne’eman for being willing to take the high and true road, and not just the most popular one.

baffled
December 3, 2009 8:54 am

Finally, an article that answers some of my own burning questions about this case! But I’m also baffled. Where has our community been? Why is the first we’re hearing about this conspiracy of forces that set up an innocent man? Most of the world, even our own ranks, think he broke the law but is being treated way too harshly. This is the first time I’m hearing about goings-on at the trial that read like a page out of communist Russian history. WHERE HAVE WE BEEN? WHY DID NO ONE REPORT ON ANY OF THIS TILL NOW?

In my anger, previously, I neglected to praise Ms. Debbie Maimon for an excellent, well-written and informative article.
There is/was a well-known psychiatrist; Dr. Ronald Lang who said that most people in mental hospitals either were never loved or never learned how to love.
There are plenty of such people out there in their own prisons. They deserve it.

Why do they not sue the goverment

WELL THERE YOU GO.
December 3, 2009 6:42 am

I don’t know if this excellent article will make it to the
next court date. Congress must step in now and get Rubashkin’s lawyer’s statement in full force to accomplish this.

Excellent article in defense of Sholom Rubashkin. Was this article written specifically for Collive or was it taken from another website?

COLlive response:
This article is published in this weekend’s Yated Ne’eman

to Rabbi sholom Rubashkin
December 3, 2009 6:11 am

there is a orange book out there and its a full bio of the alter rebbe i think its called something like “bio of the later rebe” and the person who donated it was none other then rabbi sholom rubashkin. now just as the alter rebbe was freed from jail so should rabbi rubashkin be freed right now!

The Rubaskin case is an epoch perversion in the annals of the USA justice system, which calls for a Emile Zola “J’accuse” mental knee-jerk reaction from all truth-loving citizens of this great country. Practically speaking, someone familiar with all the details of this gruesome case should write a “J’accuse” front page article in a major newspaper.

Where is civilized America? Where is Public Law 102-14, 102nd Congress, ‘The 7 Noahide Laws…are the bedrock of society?” No wonder there are those who think we ‘evolved from monkeys.’ (Gives a bad name to monkeys-Mr. and Mrs. Monkey, pardon me.) According to G-d (I’m sure the prosecution and judge will forgive me for using (To them) a dirty word the judge and prosecutors are ‘chaiv mita’ and, at least, should suffer what they wished for the defendent — a lifetime in jail. Tragic, crazy, evil..insane. America will be overcome by it’s enemies if this continues. America might fall…hard: Rome,… Read more »
