Not anymore. Teaching is a hard job. You are not teaching if you have nothing else to do

Attention comment number 2. Please educate parents

Its a sickness that teachers are considered less than human. Parents view teachers as people who can’t be successful elsewhere and therefore take up teaching. Why do parents think this? Because when they have to look after their own kids for one day when there’s no school they go crazy and therefore canmot fathom why any sane human being would become a teacher and have to deal with this kids everyday.

Please show respect and admiration for every teacher and your child will gain greatly

Please educate teachers

Unfortunatley as we know, many of the mechanchim in our moisdois are there for the convenience of a job.
Please educate yourselves on how to engage a student, understand each and everyone of your students, and more than everything value them for who they are.
It is time to give up “you don’t fit the box” and make the box fit each student.
Hatzlocha, and may each teacher have eyes that see, and understand.

Less Workshops, More Networking Please

As a teacher for over 20 years, I look forward to these events in order to NETWORK. Please go light on the amount and time of workshops, and give more time to meet and farbreng with each other. THAT is the best time spent.
