I was privileged to be a guest in the Neubort home for a number of times during the Yomim Tovim of Tishray. Mrs. Neubort was such a gracious host, made me feel most welcome. May Hashem comfort the wonder family.

How can I forget the beautiful, fun loving evening 43 years ago when you had me and my then Chosson at your house in Crown Heights for a dinner. Your sparkle, and sense of humor is something I will cherish and remember for a long time. Being able to see you and share family simches together was always fun. Mrs. Neubort taught by example what it means to be a true Aishes Chayil, Akeres Habayis, Baalas Chesed, teacher par excellence, a kind, loving, accepting gem of a person. Her home and her heart were open to all. She was the epitome of Kol kvuda Bas Melech pnima- living her life in the most humble unassuming way.
The world has lost a real treasure.
May her family be comforted and never know of any more Tzaar.

There is so much to say about this brilliant woman who was my friend for over 25 years. We sat next to each other in shul…she always davenned with such Kavonnah. She was the head of the Chevra Kadisha – she was meticulous in every detail for kovod haMeis, but she was also a problem solver when necessary. My heart is breaking… I went to visit her the last time I… Read more »

Her son in law
January 16, 2018 11:03 pm

I am devastated. With tears in my eyes I mourn the loss of one of the most beautiful human beings I could know. I am blessed to have had her in my life for close to thirty years. I am heartbroken to this loss. Her medos were that of a woman of valor, a true and genuine nice and loving person. I will continue to live my life and learn from her on how to be a better person. May her neshama have an aliya. Your loving son in law yossi stern

So sad and sorry to hear of this tragedy. Knew her from Chevra Kadisha. She was a very special person, a strong leader who always spoke truth and stood up for what is right and good. An irreplaceable loss.
