The New York City Sanitation Department will be picking up schach from Jewish homes in Crown Heights that are east of Brooklyn Avenue.
The pickup date is Thursday, October 19.
For those who have Wednesday pick-ups, some schach was already picked up on Wednesday, the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council announced.
“We will look forward to receiving additional information as to when those residents should put out their evergreens,” the council said.
