Hi, thank you all for your interest, we are very excited!

To clarify some of the issues mentioned here:
1. The event will only be serving Fleishig and Parve dishes/beverages.

2. In order to participate in the event, you must purchase a ticket.

3. All proceeds from ticket sales will be going to Tzedaka, to Toys For Hospitalized Children – a division of NCFJE.

4. The Alter Rebbe speaks in Tanya recently about the importance of giving Tzedaka, perhaps a good place to begin the עבודה of אתכפיא. וד”ל

what i understood, is that you could only get/order the free food if u have a ticket… i could be wrong

Sounds delicious but lacking אתכפיא
September 19, 2017 1:51 am

This doesn’t quite sound like something the Alter Rebbe had in mind as he taught us Chassidus and the Kabbalistic teachings of כד אתכפיא סטרא אחרא, אסתלק יקרא דקוב״ה בכולהו עלמין.

Eateries

To #1
Either you only eat one or eat the milchig and then the fleishig! Why does everything have to be so complicated?

answer:
September 18, 2017 8:53 pm

First stop: milchig places.
Second stop: chocolates and a case of wine,
Sleep it off, (at least an hour….!)
Third stop: fleishig

Sounds interesting

#1: that’s a great question!

Question
September 18, 2017 7:01 pm

I see there are eateries that serve either milchig or fleishig. How is this going to work?
