Bochurim Rescue Family in Crash

A group of Chabad bochurim traveling in "the middle of nowhere" in Ukraine passed by an Orthodox Jewish family in a car accident.

A group of staff from Camp Yaldei Hashluchim in Ukraine found themselves in the "right place at the right time" in order to help another Jew.

The group of counselors was traveling on a highway near the town of Pischiv, a village in the northwestern part of Ukraine, while on the way from the Kever of the Mezritcher Magid in Anipoli to Niezhin, to visit the Kever of the Mitteler Rebbe.

While driving in what a counselor said felt like "the middle of nowhere," by Divine Providence they passed by an Orthodox Jewish family who had just gotten into a car accident.

"The family was lost and didn't know what to do," the staff member told COLlive. "Thank G-d no one was hurt, but they didn't know where to turn."

The group of Lubavitch bochurim quickly jumped out of their car to help them contact the police for assistance.

They also helped them get to the nearest Chabad Center, a 2 hour drive away.

"This is what Lubavitch stands for," the counselor said. "Always ready and able to do a Mitzvah and help out someone in need."

Number one is right
And no need to mention Lubavitch every time.
"This is what yiden stand for.
If it was the other way around I'm sure they'd also stop, as that's what yiden (and on a broader term human beings) are all about.
Gut shabbos!

A proud Lubavitcher.
