For two consecutive Sundays during the month of Adar, the six Oholei Torah Pre1a classes celebrated their siddur parties.
Rabbi Meir Shimshoni, Principal, addressed the gatherings, praising the young talmidim for their expertise in Kriah, and also thanked the devoted rebbeim and staff, for their hard work, and diligence as they prepared their class for this great milestone. A father from each of the 6 classes spoke in honor if the siddur party.
Each talmid received a brand new siddur and gift, and had a chance to share a Dvar Torah or the 12 pesukim.
It was heartwarming to see how in each gathering, the fathers enthusiastically joined their sons in a dance of simcha, as they celebrated this great achievement, and continue on their next step of learning and growing in Torah and Mitzvahs.
