A special convention for young Chabad women and post-seminary age girls will take place during the upcoming Chof Beis Shvat convention in Crown Heights.

The Kinus is organized by Chayala Mentz of Bel Air, CA and Sarah Elharrar of Los Angeles, CA with assistance from a board including Chaya Junik, Raizel Schapiro and Chaya Zirkind.

During the convention, hundreds of girls gather in Crown Heights to socialize with friends, enjoy gourmet meals, and receive a spiritual lift with eye-opening sessions presented by world- renowned speakers infused with the theme "V'zeh kol ho-odom v'sachlis bree-oso."

“This is my fourth time coming in for the Young Women's Kinus. It's the perfect time of year to stop and rejuvenate myself both spiritually and physically! I'm definitely looking forward,” said Chaya, a previous participant.

Thursday night's schedule will include a trip to the Rebbe's Ohel and an inspiring address by Mrs. Zameret Borevitz, world renowned speaker.

Friday will begin with Mrs. Miriam Lipskier, Shlucha at Emory University, enlightening on “How happiness thinks”, followed by workshops. The day will conclude with Rabbi Yossi Paltiel, who will be sharing insights into the Rebbetzin's life.
