Spoke to Sara Dubov this morning. They are very positive and have had wonderful brochos from the rebbe. His brain is clear and his heart is fine. He did not have a hear attack. It was cardiac arrest They think it might be pneumonia and that’s why his breathing was so bad. He is in an induced coma to help stabilise him. They are very positive about a very good outcome Tracht gut vet zein gut. The dubovs had an exceptionally lebedicke yomtov with rabbi Dubov dancing an extra seven hakofod lzchus foli.
