COLlive.com presents Shabbos Night Live, a weekly web class with Torah thought, chassidic stories and timely inspiration.
Presented by Rabbi Shmuel Butman, Executive Director of the Central Lubavitch Youth Organization (Tzach Hamerkazis) and a long-time columnist and radio broadcaster.
This week: How does a Jew have to feel today at the Kotel? What did the Rebbe’s mean when he said “Kiflayim Letushiyo”
Weekly story: He asked the Rebbe’s for a “sign.”
I too agree with all of the above.
Amazing how much Rav Butman does behind the scenes.
But not of it is not known, because it is down behind the scenes. Shunning all publicity
There is definitely something about the countenance of Rabbi Buttman. One see the same special look in his sons. Hearts of gold, eyes that no no sleep or slumber. They are 24 hours non stop awake doing the Rebbe’s work. Literally a silent revolution.
The lecture and the background. Thank you.
אמן ואמן!!!
אמן ואמן!!!
Needless to say hearing and seeing a comforting message of the Rebbe coming to us from ירושלים is inspiring and uplifting.
There is also something special to say about Rabbi Butman’s manner and gift of delivery. His diction of a פסוק and מאמר חז”ל is both eloquent and שגור בפיו. This gives the message a more meaningful impression and if I might dare say, a holier and more authentic feeling.
יישר כוח Rabbi Butman and COL for this always special broadcast, I thoroughly enjoy it every מוצש”ק.
I especially enjoy the videos from Paris and now the Kosel. Thank you for taking the trouble to film for us, and also to be so dignified with your long kapote and tie, something many should imitate.
A gut, gebensht, freiliche voch!
